CTET Result 2020

Central Board of Secondary Education has decided to postpone the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) July 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic in the country. Issuing a notice on Thursday, CTET director and secretary, CBSE, informed that the 14th edition of Central Teachers Eligibility Test (CTET) - July 2020 scheduled to be held on July 5 is postponed.

CBSE CTET Result 2020: 
The Central Board of Secondary Education will conduct the 14th edition of Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) on July 5-07-2020 (Sunday). The test will be conducted in 20 (Twenty) languages in 112 cities all over the country. The detailed Information Bulletin containing details of examination, syllabus, languages, eligibility criteria, examination fee, examination cities and important dates is available on CTET official website www.ctet.nic.in w.e.f. 24-01-2020 and the aspiring candidates are requested to download the Information Bulletin from the above mentioned website only and read the same carefully before applying. The aspiring candidates have to apply online only through CTET website i.e. www.ctet.nic.in. The online application-process will start from 24.01.2020 and the last date for submitting online application will be 24.02.2020. The fee can be paid upto 27.02.2020 till 03.30 PM. 


CTET Results 2020 Date: 
The notice further reads that "The next date of examination will be intimated when situation is more conducive for conduct of examinations. All the candidates registered for CTET July 2020 are hereby informed that for any update they may visit CTET website www.ctet.nic.in regularly." In view of the present circumstances, it has been decided to postpone the #CTET examination to be conducted by #CBSE on 5 July 2020 . The next date of examination will be announced if conditions are favorable," tweeted HRD minister Ramesh Pokhriyal. Earlier, CTET was scheduled to be held on July 5, which has now been postponed to a later date. A fresh date for the CTET examination will be released later on the official website of CTET — ctet.nic.in.


CTET 2020 Marks and Ranks : 
There will be two papers for CTET — Paper I and Paper II. Paper I is for candidates who aspire to be a teacher for classes I to V and Paper II is for candidates who intend to be a teacher for classes VI to VIII. A candidate who intends to be a teacher for both levels (classes I to V and classes VI to VIII) can appear in both the papers (Paper I and Paper II). The online application process for CTET July 2020 commenced on January 1 and closed on February 24, 2020. Candidates were given time till February 27 to pay the application fee for CTET July 2020. CBSE will also release CTET admit card on its official website. The details of the admit card will be released in due course. Candidates are advised to visit the official website of CTET regularly to get the latest information about the exam.
