JEE Main Results 2015

The score of Paper-I of JEE (Main) - 2015 for all candidates will be declared by 27th April 2015. This score shall comprise the actual marks obtained in Paper-I of JEE (Main) - 2015 along with the status of those who qualify for appearing in JEE (Advanced) - 2015 provided and subject to other conditions of eligibility being met.

All the candidates aspiring to take admission in the undergraduate programmes at IITs and ISM Dhanbad for the year 2015 will have to appear in the JEE (Main)-2015 (Paper 1 (B. E./B. Tech.)). About 1,50,000 top candidates based on the performance of JEE (Main)-2015 (Paper 1 (B. E./B. Tech.)) (including all categories) will be eligible to appear in JEE (Advanced)-2015.

Separately, on the basis of score in JEE (Main)-2015 and normalised score in Class 12th or equivalent qualifying exam (60% & 40% weightage respectively), separate rank lists will be prepared for November 11, 2014 admission to B.E./B. Tech. and B. Arch/ B. Planning (in institutions other than IITs). This will be declared by 7th of July 2015. JEE (Main)-2015 Rank Card indicating All India Rank, State Rank and Category Rank with total marks and marks in each paper will be available on JEE (Main) website after the declaration of result. 

Seat Allocation Process :
Candidates shall be offered admission based on their choices and All India Ranks of JEE (Main)-2015 through a Seat Allocation Process to be announced later. The candidates will be able to make their choices online for branches/programmes and institutes at appropriate time.

The minimum academic qualification for appearing in JEE (Advanced) - 2015 is that the candidate must have passed in final examination of Class 12th or equivalent qualifying examination. Those appearing in these examinations in 2015 can also appear in JEE (Advanced) - 2015 provisionally.
