OU PGCET Hall Tickets 2014

The Osmania University (OU) will conduct its common entrance test (CET) from May 30, 2014. The OU conducts examinations for admissions to its PG courses, along with those of Telangana University, Mahatma Gandhi University and Palamuru University. On an average, over one lakh students apply for PG admissions in these universities, but the numbers are expected to go up this year. A total of 52 courses, including 39 PG courses, 10 PG diploma courses and three five-year integrated PG courses are being offered by these universities put together. The number of available seats is 18,625, out of which 4,867 seats are in university colleges and 13,758 in affiliated colleges.

Applications will have to be submitted online on websites www.ouadmissions.com or www.osmania.ac.in. The decision to make the process online was taken in order to allow candidates to submit applications anywhere from Telangana. Earlier, the applications had to be submitted manually. While notification will be issued on April 8, the last date for submission of online application without late fee is May 9. With a late fee of Rs 250, applications can be submitted on or before May 16, 2014.  

The OU PGCET 2014 Hall Tickets along with entrance schedules and necessary instructions will be made available in OU websites www.ouadmissions.com or www.osmania.ac.in. The OU CET 2014 candidates have to download the Hall Tickets and affix a latest passport size photograph (which is exactly similar to the one uploaded in the Online Application) in the space provided and get it attested by a Gazetted Officer / Principal of a college. Without the Hall Ticket, the candidate is not allowed to appear for entrance test.
